As all states across the country begin their phased comeback, I would like to take a moment and express my deepest gratitude, admiration and respect for ROP’s essential workers who tirelessly and selflessly cared, taught, and counseled our students during the most difficult and darkest hours of the pandemic.

To recognize our direct care staff during this challenging time, we offered the perfect attendance bonus for the past 75 days, which is ending today. I am proud that we were able to provide our staff nearly $1,000,000 in bonus money. I am also proud, that during a time in which unemployment has affected nearly 1 in 4 American workers, ROP was able to continue to provide jobs, benefits and a matching retirement plan.

While we are not through this pandemic, and many other challenges face our communities and our nation today, please know you have, and will, continue to make a positive difference to our students, families and the communities in which they live. Thank you again for your essential service.
