Rite of Passage fosters a positive work environment where staff can learn valuable skills through opportunities for advancement and professional development. We have implemented human resource initiatives (which include competitive salaries, benefits packages and alternative schedules for direct care positions) that have led to higher staff satisfaction.
In order to recruit and retain the most talented staff, we know that our salary schedule and shifts need to be competitive. According to an independent human resources consulting firm, Rite of Passage pays above average (7%-23% more) for entry level and mid-tier direct care positions.
Rite of Passage employs Direct Care Staff with active lifestyles, and wants to support those pursuits. Rite of Passage has structured the direct care working schedule to allow for more consecutive days off. We have found that this schedule allows for staff to be present and engaged with the youth on shift, and provides more time to pursue other interests off-shift.
We’re always looking for motivated people to join our team!
