Be the Calm, Not the Storm

Program leadership across ROP are in the process of distributing “Be the Calm, Not the Storm” t-shirts to staff; the slogan originated from Rite of Passage’s first Public Service Announcement. The t-shirts are an expression of gratitude for each staff member’s essential work, professionalism and dedication during these challenging times. Through the tireless and selfless work of ROP staff, our sites and our agency continued to care, teach and counsel young men and women during a time when they needed us the most.
