Rite of Passage’s Aim for Change curriculum, effectively targets risk factors and enhances protective factors to reduce the risk for delinquency, violence, and gang involvement. The curriculum is designed for youth ages 11-17, who are assessed as moderate to high risk for recidivism and at-risk for gun violence.

Youth gun violence is a significant concern in the United States with many studies demonstrating the high prevalence of exposure to violence as well as a history of trauma and victimization in at-risk and justice-involved youth.
Aim for Change is an exciting step in combatting the effects of gun violence, and building stronger and more resilient youth.
