Screening Tool Forms provided in Spanish

Additional resources were posted to the website today to supplement ROP’s Epidemic and Pandemic Plan (Policy 700.118). Specifically, Spanish versions of the visitor screening and staff screening forms are now available for use at ROP sites , and may be accessed here.
